The Intermediate session is for young auditioned skaters or Junior Academy graduates under 12 years old.

Intermediate skaters follow the Learn To Train development path of the Skate Canada Star Skate program. Each student has private or semi-private lessons with a designated head coach. Their head coach guides them in jumping and spin technique, as well as manages their stroking, dryland jumps and solo development.

The Champs Intermediate program offers regular weekly training sessions, spin patch, off ice classes, and group enrichment classes (such as stroking and theatre on ice).

We encourage competitions, fun events, and workshop opportunities. 

It is at the Intermediate stage where the passion of figure skating takes a new ownership.
